The St. John’s family ministry program offers fun and learning opportunities for ALL people no matter their faith background.  Through the various social activities, learning opportunities or trips,  participants are given the opportunity to fellowship with others and  grow in faith! Our goal... that the love of Jesus carry on into our family life and community life.Whether a member of St. John’s or one our friends in the neighborhood, Please consider joining us!   2011 FAMILY ACTIVITIES

FREE Neighborhood Picnic-  Friday, August 12th, 2011 from 5:30-7:30pm. All are invited! Hot Dogs, Hamburgers, Live Entertainment, Bounce House and More!

Kid’s Carnival– Sunday, August 21st, 2011 from 1-4 pm. Hot Dog Lunch, make your own Sundaes, crafts, bounce house, Nintendo Wii competitions and much more.

Youth Camp-Out– Friday, September 23rd– Saturday September 24th. This activity will take place at Broadway Hope in Lancaster. Times and details TBA. Contact Jen Flanders for more information.

Taste of St. John’s– Friday, October 7th, 2011 from 6-8 pm. Get a little taste of some of the favorite dishes made by the people of St. John’s. Prizes will be awarded for the best dishes. Contact the church if you are interested in attending or participating.

2nd Annual Trunk-N-Treat– Saturday, October 29th, 2011 from 12-2pm. Children are invited to dress up and “trunk-n-treat”  in a safe and fun environment. Nearly 50 cars will decorated and handing out goodies to participants. Hot dogs, hamburgers and other activities are planned for the day. ALL Are invited.

Dinner and a Movie– Thursday, November 10th, 2011 at 5:30pm. Looking for a night out? Join us for a catered dinner and then sit back and enjoy a nice show. Details and price to be announced. Contact the church for more details.

Breakfast With St. Nick– Saturday, December 17th, 2011 from 9am-11:00am. Come visit St. Nick while enjoying a few breakfast treats!
